About Me

Hi, I’m Tom. My journey into health and fitness has been shaped by a blend of professional experiences, global adventures, and personal growth. After earning a 2:1 in Sports Management at Northumbria University—where I highly recommend Newcastle for a great night out—I worked in construction before embarking on an unforgettable chapter with Royal Caribbean Cruises. As Sports Staff, I traveled the world, teaching FlowRider, indoor skydiving, rock climbing, and more.

When the pandemic hit, everything shifted. Like so many others, I had to rethink my direction. It was during this time that my passion for health and fitness became a driving force. I began diving deeper into research, not just about physical training but the mental resilience it builds. This led to earning my PT qualification and opening my own studio, where I provided one-on-one coaching.

In early 2022, I transitioned to online coaching to create a life with my now-wife, whom I met while working on the cruise ships. This move to Las Vegas has been part of a broader transformation in how I think, feel, and live.

Over the past few years, I’ve undergone my own mental health and fitness journey, which has redefined how I view potential and resilience. I’ve learned that we’re all capable of so much more than we realise, often barely scratching the surface of what we can achieve.

Beyond fitness, I’m a sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, football, and just about anything active. And yes, I believe balance is key, which includes enjoying a couple of beers now and then!

My mission now is to help others unlock their potential, redefine their limits, and achieve lasting transformations in both body and mind.
